Authorization Agreement for Automatic Withdrawal - Pinnacle Management is pleased to offer automatic withdrawal to our customers! If you choose to have your association fees withdrawn in this manner, please complete the form below, attach a voided check, and return both items to our office at the address listed above. We need to receive your completed form prior to the month in which the withdrawal is to start. We will withdraw your association fees between the fifth and tenth business days of each month.
